Travel Planning & Third-Party Suppliers

Book With Rush Vacations provides vacation planning and travel reservation services. Transportation, cruise lines, airlines, hotels, resorts, tour operators, rental companies, and other travel services are provided by independent third-party suppliers. Book With Rush Vacations does not own or control these suppliers and cannot guarantee their performance, schedules, services, availability, or policies.

Flights & Transportation

Airlines and transportation providers may change schedules, delay or cancel services, change aircraft, routes, seats, baggage policies, or make other operational changes. Book With Rush Vacations is not responsible for flight delays, cancellations, missed connections, denied boarding, schedule changes, baggage issues, transportation disruptions, or expenses resulting from these circumstances.

Cruises & Itinerary Changes

Cruise lines may change departure times, itineraries, ports of call, excursions, vessels, or other cruise arrangements. A cruise line may delay, cancel, or modify a sailing for operational, safety, weather, medical, mechanical, or other reasons. Book With Rush Vacations is not responsible for such changes or resulting expenses.

Weather & Natural Events

Weather and natural events may affect travel plans at any time. This includes hurricanes, tropical storms, severe weather, flooding, wildfires, earthquakes, volcanic activity, extreme temperatures, and other natural events. Book With Rush Vacations is not responsible for delays, cancellations, itinerary changes, closures, missed connections, or additional expenses caused by weather or natural events.

Circumstances Beyond Our Control

Book With Rush Vacations is not responsible for circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including weather, natural disasters, government actions, strikes, labor disputes, civil unrest, war, terrorism, health emergencies, pandemics, mechanical failures, transportation disruptions, supplier failures, or other unforeseen events.

Hotels, Resorts & Accommodations

Hotels, resorts, vacation rentals, and other accommodations may change room assignments, amenities, facilities, operating hours, services, policies, or availability. Book With Rush Vacations is not responsible for conditions, services, maintenance, construction, closures, overbooking, or other issues arising from the accommodation provider.

Passports, Visas & Travel Documents

Travelers are responsible for obtaining and maintaining all required passports, visas, identification, entry permits, health documentation, and other travel documents. Travelers should verify current requirements with the appropriate government agencies and travel suppliers before departure.

Baggage & Personal Property

Travelers are responsible for their baggage and personal belongings. Book With Rush Vacations is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged baggage or personal property. Claims should be made directly with the applicable airline, cruise line, hotel, transportation provider, insurance company, or other responsible supplier.

Pricing & Availability

Travel prices, taxes, fees, schedules, availability, promotions, and supplier policies may change without notice until a reservation is confirmed and paid according to the applicable supplier's terms. Supplier cancellation, change, refund, and penalty policies may apply.

Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is strongly recommended. Coverage may help protect travelers against certain unexpected events such as trip cancellation, interruption, medical emergencies, baggage problems, or travel delays. Travelers are responsible for reviewing the policy terms, exclusions, limitations, and coverage before purchasing.

Traveler Responsibility

Travelers are responsible for reviewing all reservation details and providing accurate information, including names, dates of birth, travel dates, contact information, passport information, and other required details. Travelers should promptly notify Book With Rush Vacations of any errors or changes.

Additional Travel Expenses

Travelers may be responsible for additional expenses resulting from delays, cancellations, missed connections, itinerary changes, extended stays, transportation changes, meals, lodging, baggage fees, or other unforeseen circumstances unless such expenses are covered by the applicable travel supplier or travel insurance policy.
